Rezidence Košinova is a residential development in the Czech Republic offering modern apartments in a desirable urban location. With units ready to sell, they needed a digital presence capable of converting curious visitors into qualified leads.
Their existing online presence was minimal — a placeholder page with no visual identity, no floor plans, and no clear call to action. They approached us to build a website from scratch that would represent the quality of the development and generate real buyer inquiries.
