Building a creator brand from the ground up

EREM is a creator brand operating across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Our role was focused and specific: design thumbnails that actually earn the click on YouTube, build engagement-first content for Instagram, and handle day-to-day TikTok management.

No fluff, no vanity metrics. The brief was to make the content work — and the numbers show it did.

The Challenge

Crowded feeds, short attention spans, zero starting point

On YouTube, most viewers decide whether to watch in under a second — based entirely on the thumbnail. A weak thumbnail kills reach regardless of how good the video is. EREM needed designs that stopped the scroll and earned the click consistently, not just occasionally.

On Instagram and TikTok, engagement is the currency. Posts that don't spark interaction get buried. Every piece of content needed a clear reason to comment, share or save.
