Building a creator brand from the ground up

EREM came to us as an idea — a personal brand with potential but no presence. No followers, no visual identity, no content strategy. The goal was to establish EREM as a recognisable creator on TikTok and YouTube, with a consistent voice and a content system that could scale.

We built everything from zero: channel branding, content pillars, posting cadence, video scripting, and thumbnail design — then executed consistently over more than a year.

The Challenge

Crowded feeds, short attention spans, zero starting point

The creator economy is saturated. Getting traction without a pre-existing audience requires not just good content — it requires a strategic understanding of each platform's algorithm, what formats perform, and how to hook a viewer in the first two seconds.

EREM had no existing community to leverage. Every view had to be earned. That meant precision: the right niche, the right style, and content that gave the algorithm a reason to distribute it.

High-contrast, curiosity-driven thumbnail designs for YouTube — A/B tested formats to find what consistently earned the click.

Analytics & Iteration

Weekly performance reviews across both platforms — identifying which formats and topics drove the most watch time, shares and follows, then doubling down.

Community & Comment Management

Active engagement in comments to boost algorithmic signals and build a loyal audience that returned for every new upload.
